To start, I created a balloon chandelier for over the dining table! I made a mini balloon garland out of 5″ balloons, using 50 balloons. Next, I formed it into a circle and used clear jewelry line to tie it onto a 12″ metal hoop. Also attached 3 strings of clear line to the hoop to extend above it for hanging in the tree. Last, I added eucalyptus twigs to give it a greenery crown look. Not going to lie, trying to keep its’ circular form was a bit difficult, but I loved the look it gave once I had it hung and in place!
Are these not the most perfect cupcakes ever???! And I did nothing but buy store bought carrot cake cupcakes and top them with a rose and macaron! I think every cupcake from here on should be topped like this!
Table top! I kept it bright and clean with whites and greens and jute placemats. An easy napkin idea if you do not have napkin rings, or if you just want to match the color of your event, is to use a matching ribbon to simply tie around your napkin! Who else dines at home with Mom on Mother’s Day?! What will you be making?
