4th of July Entertaining Ideas

One of my best friends, casting director Holland Weathers out of Charlotte, NC, showed me her 4th of July table setting and I knew I just had to show you all! She may not be a blogger, but she certainly has style! I love the mix of patterns, metals and colors! She found these items from several different stores; none of it is from the same line. Which goes to show that if you have a good eye, you can buy things from anywhere and put them together for your own unique gathering! The USA marquees actually came from a Cracker Barrel! The beautiful table and chairs came from Restoration Hardware.

The table runner is from Crate & Barrel and the glasses are from Pier 1. You can find a similar table runner here from Amazon. Galvanized metal flag and star plates and red polka dot napkins came from Pottery Barn and the galvanized metal chargers are from Hearth & Hand at Target. Gold flatware and blue striped napkins are from Target as well! I can’t get enough of the red polka dots and blue stripes! So pretty!

Now back in Los Angeles, I created a quick kids treat cart for the 4th! Rice Krispy Treat stars, strawberry cups and root beer floats! I even have some jars of slime to keep the kids busy! Bar cart is from Target and I use it for everything! I love bar carts!

Top a root beer float with whipped cream, sprinkles and a fun straw to instantly elevate the fun factor for the kiddos! Party tip: Add a shot of vanilla vodka to the root beer floats for the grown ups! That was my signature cocktail at my wedding!

Hello Summer art is from Crated. I used it back in my Memorial Day party as well! Dessert plates are from the Dollar Spot at Target! What are some of your favorite 4th of July party products? I hope you all have a fun and safe 4th of July holiday! Keep the summer parties coming!
