Ice Cream Themed Engagement Party with Party Luxe Box

Hi all! Getting in the Spring time mood with a pastel party for you!! This Ice Cream themed engagement party is perfect for upcoming Spring or Summer! I’ve collaborated with Party Luxe Box and can’t wait to show you what I’ve come up with!

Party Luxe Box has a variety of party boxes that include tableware and decor to simplify party planning. I chose the Scoops and Sprinkles box, which included this darling ice cream cart centerpiece! Other decor items from the box were the “We love ice cream” garland, honeycomb ice cream cones and 4 tissue puffs.

I wanted to give a sweet spin on the traditional ice cream party and turned it into an engagement party! I made signs using Tiffany Wong’s ice cream full sheet printables. And an easy handmade “I screamed yes!” banner, or I mean, “ice cream’d yes” banner! Ha! Check out my tutorial on making your own simple banner. The engagement ring balloon and iridescent fringe backdrop I picked up from Target.

On to treat ideas! I used an ice cream scooper to scoop frosting onto these cupcakes! I also put some cupcakes in waffle cones and used Russian Piping tips to make a bouquet of flowers. In the cart centerpiece, I had vanilla ice cream cones and fruit cups.

Champagne sorbet floats! Pour champagne over Strawberry sorbet! This is a Spring or Summer cocktail must! Yum!!

The tableware included in the Party Luxe Box were adorable ice cream plates, placemats, wooden flatware, napkins, straws, and gold trimmed white cups. The ice cream cart included a large set of sprinkled cone wrappers. I used them on the actual treat cones and cupcakes, but I also added to them to cones and put the napkin and flatware inside. Such a cute presentation for your guests! I even put flowers in the cones for the table centerpiece! I hope you enjoyed this party and got some inspiration for your own! Be sure to check out Party Luxe Box and all of their party box themes! Now who is ready for Summer?!
