Boho Rainbow Baby Shower

This was probably one of my favorite parties to date! When my sister in law Johnna announced she was pregnant, my (only child) daughter Ellie was beyond ecstatic! Ellie has been dying for another little one to play with in the family! I don’t have a sister and most of my friends have moved out of state, so I don’t have anyone to do things like this for anymore. It was a real pleasure to create this pretty shower! We all can’t wait for little baby cousin to get here! Johnna gave me a pastel palette as inspiration, and I knew she loves macrame and boho style. Dessert Table

Starting with the dessert table, I hung a rainbow fringe garland by Danielle of The Stylish Detail as the backdrop, along with a custom pastel rainbow balloon garland by Lauren of Oh How Charming. The colors together were so creamy dreamy! For the diy wreath, I spray painted the “Oh Baby” wood sign by Midnight Confetti and hung it with a faux eucalyptus garland and dried palm spears. Boho florals and lots of sweet treats finished out the dessert table! The stunning cake by Charm City Cakes West are what boho rainbow dreams are made of! Amriel did a fabulous job! Our mama to be, Johnna, is a macrame artist, so the cake had yarn macrame work details with some boho florals. Johnna has her own macrame Etsy shop, Topanga Gold, be sure to check her out! Another amazing sweet were a variety of flavored pizzelle cookies by Just Pizzelle’s! The owner Christina custom made me so many cookie treats and they were delicious! Table Setting

For the tablescape, I kept with the rainbow theme and spray painted chargers in an ombre rainbow. I gave it a boho touch with eco friendly bamboo plates by DToks. Desiree from Cocoa & Confetti custom made these drink stirs in gold acrylic and did 3 designs, 2 boho florals and an Oh Baby stir stick were etched on the acrylic. I just love the look! Major heart eyes! haha. Cocoa & Confetti also made the wooden name cards. Shop the look: Palm Leaf Plates Wood Name Cards Gauze Napkins Gold Acrylic Drink Stir Gauze Table Runner Flatware
All of my florals came from Trader Joe’s, including the tan bunny’s tail! Dried sun palms and palm spears were from Afloral.

Flower Crown Bar

Next was a Flower Crown Station for all of the true bohemians! A girl needs her baby’s breath crown! Here, guests were able to clip pieces of baby’s breath and use floral tape and floral wire to create a crown on the provided wire bases. The printable sign is by Jenn at Pixels & Pop, who created the shower invitation as well! The table was dressed with a macrame wall hanging, dried pampas grass and a baby block balloon decoration. Drink Station

The drink station bar cart was adorned with a custom fabric fringe garland by Amanda at Rusty Chic Decor. I think it added just the right pop of color to the drink station! Fabric Fringe Garland
The party favors were made by the mama to be’s Step-Grandma, Patti. They were succulents in a mason jar, wrapped in fabric and macrame yarn, embellished with a wooden stake that had “baby Goldman arriving 2021” engraved. A beautiful idea and execution! I hope you enjoyed this shower tour! Let me know if you are a fan of rainbow parties like I am!
